In 2019, we focused on two basic (under)ground vegetables: potatoes and celeriac. Experiments were carried out at the locations Červený Újezd and Přerov nad Labem
A) POTATOES, Červený Újezd
The weight of tubers under the tuft was monitored, with special attention being paid to the tubers of consumption size. The variant treated with FIX-H+N showed the yield increase by 9.7% in total, and by 6% in the category of market-ready tubers.
B) CELERIAC, Přerov, NB
At the Přerov nad Labem locality, we have tested the effect of bacterial preparations by MONAS technology on the average weight of the cleaned celeriac hypocotyl. In all treated variants, a significant increase in yield by 6.9% minimum was achieved. The best results were attained using FIX-H+N, with a 13.4% increase in yield.
Results of field trials from oilseed rape experimental plots based in Humpolec and Troubsko, evaluated by Czech University of Life Sciences
A)Observing the yield of six independent plots in the experimental locality Humpolec. Disease-driven stress was negligible at this location.
B)Monitoring of plant health in the experimental locality Troubsko, which was attacked by blackleg disease (Phoma lingam). The observation was carried out on three pairs of plots and the index of infestation (0 - 4) was recorded twice per season.
Here we present the results of two sets of trials, conducted on the fields of the experimental station Červený Újezd, and evaluated by Czech University of Life Sciences.
A1) SILAGE CORN, GREEN MATTER
Biomass production of silage maize was monitored on randomized areas with four repetitions.
A2) SILAGE CORN, DRY MATTER
Differnces are even more visible when the yields of dry matter are measured.
B1) GRAIN MAYZE, PRODUCTION.
The same experimental conditions as in A) were used for corn maize. Both raw and dry grain production was observed.
B2) GRAIN MAZE, TGW
Results of the B1) experiment, plotted as the comparison of TGWs (weight of 1,000 kernels).
In 2018, we tested all our products on two sites in the Nymburk district: the Ostrá locality (iceberg lettuce) and the Přerov locality (iceberg lettuce and summer cauliflower, the experiment was conducted with an extended design using interlaced controls). The weight of cleaned vegetable heads served as the main observed variable.
A1) Iceberg lettuce; Ostrá, NB
A2) Iceberg lettuce; Přerov, NB
B) Summer cauliflower; Přerov, NB

A2) Results from various localities operating under co-op Kámen: observing the proportion of dry matter
(n=12, values represent weight percentages)
B1) Results of a verification experiments carried out by CULS (Červený Újezd): observing the total yield
(n=4, values are in t/ha)
B2) Results of a verification experiments carried out by CULS (Červený Újezd): observing the proportion of dry matter
(n=4, values represent weight percentages)
Results of experiments in sunflower crops from season 2017. Charts A1-A3 illustrate the reduced development of diseases in treated sunflower; numbers represent the percentage of infested plants.
A1) Sclerotinia-induced rot of the stem during the maturing phase
A2) Phoma-induced blackleg during the maturing phase
A3) Verticillium wilt during the maturing phase, data come from the Ratíškovice locality
B) Independent trials in sunflower crops running in 2017: yield tracking
On both sites, an increase in revenue was observed after the administration of Prometheus. The difference was even more pronounced after combining of Prometheus and fungicide.
Results from the experimental sites in rapeseed, operating under Rostěnice Ltd., Vyškov and co-op Kokory, and collected in the last four years
A) Rostěnice Ltd., Vyškov: trial results from the season 2017
(n=1, values are in t/ha and percentage of control)
B) Co-op Kokory - results of experiments from the years 2015-2017
(n=5, values are in t/ha and percentage of control, control was calculated as the average yield of the cooperative)
Results of independent trials conducted in the poppyseed growth in 2017 by OSEVA Development and Research Ltd.
ZD Borotín 2016: observing the yield and the degree of infestation by the Sclerotinia mould, with the primary infection from the soil (i.e. the direct attack on the root collars and roots) especially kept in mind.
A) Ammount of infested plants
B) Yield per treatment (in t/ha and as a percentage of the control value)
Results of field trials collected in the poppyseed growths during the season 2016.
A) Three independent poppy-field trials conducted by OSEVA Development and Research Ltd. in 2016
B) Field trial in Krucemburk 2016, carried out in conditions of lowered nitrogen supply (80 kg/ha)
Results of field trials collected in the sunflower growths during the season 2016.
A) Three independent sunflower-field trials, carried out in the season 2016: observing the total yield
The average yield increased by 10.5% in the treated variants.
B) Occurrence of selected fungal diseases in sunflower; Experiment Station ÚKZÚZ Kujavy
Bacteria act against fungal diseases foremost in the roots, but also the aboveground parts are healthier, due to the induced protection.
C) Monitoring the oil content of achenes in two independent experiments
Of all observed variants of treatment, the highest values of oilness were achieved in response to the application of Prometheus
D) Induced protection of plants caused by the bacteria in the Prometheus amendment
After the application of Prometheus, the health conditions in the sunflower growth improved even without the use of fungicides.
Results of field trials collected in the maize growths during the season 2016.
A) Monitoring the yield of two varieties of grain maize
B) The proportion of starch in the grain (values represent percentages)
C) The proportion of dry matter in the plant
D) Overall yield of the silage maize (silage/dry matter is presented in t/ha and as a percentage of the control value)
ZD Kokory 2016, testing the HIRUNDO amendment in the rapeseed growths (in t/ha and as a percentage of the control value)
Once again, it was confirmed by the results of field experiments that the poppy responds to various intensification factors by increasing the agricultural yields.

In this very successful year with ideal weather conditions, we repeatedly recevied positive reference to the application of Prometheus:
agronomist Strnad Bohdan
„Come and see all the differences, which showed themselves in our experiment.“
agronomist Ing. Milan Vaněček
„I am experiencing troubles with pH. If the product has a positive effect on pH increment, I would fancy that a lot. We are going to split our fields half and half and spray PROMETHEUS on one of them. Let the pH be checked afterwards - I'm really looking forward the outcome.“
